Most clinics are up and running within 15 minutes. Just create your account, add your team members, and set your availability. No complex configuration or training required.
Can I import my existing patient data?
Yes! You can import patients from a CSV file. We provide a template and step-by-step guide to make the process simple. For larger migrations, our support team can help.
Do I need to install any software?
No installation required. DentistSlot is entirely web-based and works in any modern browser. Access your schedule from any device—desktop, tablet, or phone.
Is there a mobile app?
DentistSlot is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is on our roadmap for future development.
Pricing & Billing
What happens when my trial ends?
After your 14-day trial, you'll need to enter payment details to continue using DentistSlot. Your data is never deleted—you won't lose any appointments or patient information.
How does pricing work for larger clinics?
It's simple: $49/month covers up to 10 therapists with all features included. If you have more than 10 therapists, it's just $10/month for each additional therapist.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid plan, we'll give you a full refund. No questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For annual plans, we can also provide invoices for bank transfers.
Features
Can patients book their own appointments?
Yes! You get a patient booking portal where patients can see available slots and book appointments 24/7. You control which time slots are available and can set buffer times between appointments.
How do automatic reminders work?
Reminders are sent automatically 24 hours before each appointment via both SMS and email. Patients can confirm or request to reschedule directly from the reminder.
Can I set up recurring appointments?
Yes. When booking an appointment, you can set it to repeat weekly, bi-weekly, or on a custom schedule. Perfect for ongoing treatment plans.
Can I customize appointment types?
Absolutely. Create custom appointment types with different durations, colors, and descriptions. Common examples include Initial Evaluation, Follow-up, Post-Op Rehab, and Sports Therapy.
Security & Data
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and regularly audit our systems.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your appointments, patient list, and reports at any time in CSV format. Your data is always yours.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible in read-only mode for 90 days, giving you time to export everything. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted.
